We are looking for a process engineer to join our team in Transformer Business Unit in Figeholm Sweden to improve production techniques. In Figeholm we manufacture electrical insulation materials in sheet and laminate that are used as insulation in transformers globally.

Your responsibilities:
Evaluate different technical solutions and be capable of making your own drawings and calculations when needed
Drive continuous improvement projects and be the bridge between global CI management and local team
Implement Practical problem-solving methodology and spread the culture. Lead and coach PPPs
Be a change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture across the organization using 5S, Daily Management, Standard Work, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, etc. Lead activities in Figeholm to implement the ITM system
Develop and manage cost-out and productivity projects across the business to achieve targets
Identify opportunities and challenge the organization to become better every day
Transfer production data into new improved ways of working

Your background
You hold degree in engineering or similar and have work experience in manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
Experience in implementing and driving a Lean system (e.g. ITM) implementation across an organization
Competencies or experience in achieving result though deploying Strategy working with teams, focusing on Safety, 5S, Quality and TPM
Experience in defining and executing investment projects

The work as an Area Sales Manager in the Marketing & Sales department will provide you with many opportunities and interesting challenges on both a local and global level. Dina ansvarsområden
Du kommer att vara en del av ledningsgruppen i fabriken. En viktig del av arbetet är att sätta upp strategin och se till att strategin kommuniceras, diskuteras och implementeras i dina team.

You will be part of Hitachi power grids in Figeholm. We are a global leader in the field of transformer insulation serving both internal transformer factories and external customers. On the idyllic Swedish east coast close to Oskarshamn Power grids is operating a board machine converting cellulose into so called transformer board.
Your responsibilities
Assure and control quality by using system and tools.
Lead a cross-functional forum that on a daily basis drive and support practical problem solving to improve safety, quality and productivity aspects.
Challenge the teams with customer experience feedback and input to decisions.
Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Perform audits and quality data analytics.
Provide quality trainings.

Your background
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
You have proven experience in production or industrial engineering, whereas other industrial experience is qualifying.
Background within Lean Six Sigma and experience from using DMAIC or similar methodology is qualifying.
You are a true team player with a problem-solving oriented and structured mindset.
You have a strong commitment to drive continuous improvements and take charge to make it happen.
You have strong communication and collaboration skills, as projects and problem solving will be handled cross-functional in the organization.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Evaluate new process technologies to improve productivity and product quality.
Oversee quality investigations managed through the DMAIC process and lead of quality improvements.
Execute continuous development and strategy deployment using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify and recommend improvement opportunities and implement enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
Approve the design for processes developed internally or externally and perform final tests to secure product quality and internal project targets.
Provide support to Production in process and quality developments and support training relevant to maintenance and production resources.

Your background
